Profession of Vows and New Steps in Faith
The NPH family is filled with joy as we share the upcoming profession of vow of our novice Tania Vázquez Rosario that grew up at our home in the Dominican Republic. This moment holds a particularly special meaning for our NPH community, as Tania will become the first sister to come from NPH.
A Journey That Began at NPH
Tania first joined our NPH family in 2014, where she found a secure and stable home. She completed her year of service at San Marcos, working with our children and adults with disabilities showing great love and responsibility. During that time, she also learned to play violin and guitar and engaged with great joy at the church choir.
A Path of Spiritual and Personal Formation
Over the past years, Tania has been part of the Trinitarian community Hijas de la Madre de Dios, which has been a journey of spiritual, religious and personal development for Tania. During this time, she has systematically deepened her understanding of the evangelical counsels of chastity, poverty, and obedience, progressively integrating them into her daily life. She has received formation in Sacred Scripture, the Magisterium of the Church, and Sacred Liturgy, as well as practical tools for missionary service. Following God’s call, Tania will now take her vow of obedience, chastity, and poverty. The ceremony of vow will take place on June 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Santuario de la Inmaculada Concepción in Restrepo, Meta.
A Testimony of Hope and Service
Tania’s vocation is a beautiful testimony of hope, faith, and service. For the entire NPH family, her “yes” represents not only a personal milestone, but also a sign that the values that Father Wasson taught –love, compassion, and commitment – continue to grow within our community.
Tania’s dedication and her story are an inspiration to us all and a reminder of the power of love and vocation to transform lives.
